Landhotel Eva features a large garden with seasonal outdoor pool and sun loungers, set 500 metres from the centre of Kirchberg in Tirol and 2.5 km from the Kitzbühler Alpen Ski Area. The rooms and apartments at Landhotel Eva are all fitted with a satellite TV, a balcony, and a bathroom with shower or bath tub. The apartments and studios also offer a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette. A rich breakfast buffet is available every morning, free of charge for guests of the rooms and for a surcharge for guests of the apartment units. Breakfast option in Apartments can be confirmed only 5 days prior to arrival. A supermarket is 250 metres away and a restaurant can be found 500 metres away. Facilities on site include a ski storage room, a summer terrace, a bar and sun beds.

“A great value for money stay in a charming very well kept hotel (Much better than the photos)”
One of the most friendly and charming welcomes I have ever had on arrival at a hotel. Eva and her daughter Tamara were exceptional hosts. The property is a 7-8 minute walk out of Kirchberg centre and bus stop which routes through the town centre or to the skis lift is only 2 minutes down the road. The hotel is immaculate and in a quiet location

“I liked the lovely, beautiful landscape, villages, comfortable & calm room / studio and nice owners.”
I liked the studio (it had enough space) that has a balcony too. The bed and the couch was comfortable, the breakfast was fine and it had abundant selection. The location was also fine, because it was only a few minutes walk from the center and a food market / shop. The owners were always very friendly and nice. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel.
