Overview
This typical Tyrolean-style farmhouse is situated in the Spertental valley south of Kirchberg, in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. All rooms in the Hagauhof have a balcony or a terrace and offer mountain views. A private bathroom, satellite TV and a solid wooden bed are further features of each room. The entire property is non-smoking and a shared kitchen is available for the free use of all guests. Free WiFi is available. The Hagauhof is a working farm with cows, pigs and chicken. For breakfast you can enjoy home-made products including bread, yoghurt, jam and bacon. In summer, the large garden with a trampoline is a great place for kids to play. The Pengelsteinbahn Cable Car to the Kirchberg-Kitzbühel Ski Area is 1.5 km away. Hiking and mountain bike trails start right from the house and you can also take part in guided snow-shoe tours.

We could use the outside sauna for 1 day, which was great after my back was hurt during a piste slide. Fresh eggs, milk, homemade jam at breakfast. A warm welcome and a warm goodbye. Lots of freedom and privacy. We could use our own grill. There is a "shared kitchen in the breakfast room that we could use. It has all necessities. That is usefull if you booked a room and not the appartments. Just an excellent stay. To be recommended, just beware it;s outside city center and up a hill. Matrasses were quite firm, which i myself liked. There are like 20 chickens, some cows and cats.

it is up the hill on a narrow path, take snow chain with you. You car might be able to go up easily, but a lot of people get stuck on the road with no chains or no AWD. Than it is difficult to avoid them when it is slippery down hill.
