“Exceptional apartment and an amazing host right in the center of Kirchberg!”

We had a wonderful stay in Kirchberg! The location couldn't be better—right in the center of town with everything within a 5-minute walk, including a great variety of restaurants just minutes away. Having a supermarket just 10 meters from the door and the Ski Bus stopping right in front of the building made our trip incredibly convenient. It is also an easy 6-minute walk from the train station. While we didn't need to use it ourselves, the free on-site parking is a fantastic and helpful perk for any guests arriving by car. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay; the kitchen had every appliance and piece of cookware we could possibly need. Most importantly, our host, Sepp, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to cater to our every need. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay. The host and staff were always friendly and helpful. The apartments are extremely clean and cater for everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable with everything you need on your doorstep. Would highly recommend Kalswirt and will definitely be returning.

I stayed at the wonderful “Kalswirt” apartments for 4 nights and had an excellent experience. The apartment is very spacious, warm, and perfectly clean – not a single trace of dust. Everything is in great condition: powerful heating, instant hot water, modern bathroom, comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses, fresh linens, and plenty of towels. Despite the central location with restaurants, cafés, shops, and even a road nearby, it was quiet inside thanks to the good windows. The kitchen is well equipped with a new fridge, dishwasher, and everything you need. Parking is convenient and even has an EV charging station. The price is much lower than expected, especially for this level of comfort. The service was outstanding – even with my late arrival, the hosts answered my call, brought the key, and kindly allowed a late check-out. Overall: excellent price–quality ratio, top-level cleanliness and service. I highly recommend staying here!

Great modern apartment with everything on offer. Full kitchen and facilities. Amazing shower and bathroom. Beautiful area and walk to anywhere in Kirchberg. Host is hospitable and very helpful. Kindly dropped us at the train station at 6am on a Sunday. Would love to come back and stay again.

Never used the breakfast facilities as for the location everything that you needed was within one or two minute walk of the apartments

The apartment is large and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. Everything was clean, the kitchen has all the utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher. Towels were changed daily. The apartment is in a great location close to the shop and bus stop, 5 minutes drive to the Kitzski lift and 10 minutes to Skiwelt.

The localization and the comfort of the apartment were brilliant - shop 5 meters, city center 20 meters. Parking for free at the door of the apartment. Elevator. The apartment was spacious - two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchen and a dining area.

“Disaster of not getting the apartment we booked and incredibly noisy in-building nightclub”

We had a disaster stay, but I will credit the place with high cleanliness and a very good boot room, but only a small space for snowboards that was maxed out each day. Location is great, with a bus stop right outside the place.

“Exceptional for skiing in the area”

They upgraded to a 2-room apartment in the main building. The apartment was large, comfortable and very clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The building has elevator, ski room and parking dedicated. Very good position, central, with the ski bus station across the street and a supermarket in the back of the hotel. We received also the Kitzbuhel Alpen card.

Very spacious. Comfortable furniture. Great bed. The two 'sofa beds' in the living room were very comfortable adult beds. Very central location. Dedicated car park next to the apartments. An unexpected bonus was the free train pass. The station is a few hundred yards away.

The apartment was very nice, very clean, it is large and well divided for a family with several members, the kitchen is fully equipped and also very clean You can do a lot of activities in the area, the hosts also offer the Kitzbuhel Alpen card which provides discounts to the local trains and cable cars We would love to come back! we felt great, like at home!
