“Amazing play”
This place is amazing. I was there for the Fair and they have the same yard. Parking in the back of the building. You have a lot of restaurants close. Tidy, clean and everything was good. RECOMENDATION !!

Location 3 minutes to the exhibition centre. Large apartment, comfortable bed, good linen which is changed every 2 days. Well working air conditioner. If something is not enough in the room, they bring at the first request. Very very helpful and helpful staff. Thanks

“It’s Excellent”
Excellent Stay! Rooms was clean. Very close to Exhibition ground 1 min walking distance. Host is very supportive and helpful. Service is excellent. All over best.

“Unpleasant stay”
No hot water, no heating, no English speaking staff. Not good noise isolation. I do not recommend. Abslutely scam place.

“Be careful and read comments. my mistake is that I didn't pay attention to the reviews for this place.”
The worst experience ever. Worst place ever. Rooms was extremely dirty, not like pictures at all. there was mold everywhere and the smell was terrible. The bed linen was all stained with yellow. The owner was very rude and didn’t get money back. So don’t make our mistake and don’t book this place

“Whilst the location was ideal the state of the apartment and smell of the bathroom was TERRIBLE!”
There was no breakfast offered. The positives were the hot water, the comfort of the beds and the central heating. The closeness to the Tuyap Cnvention Centre was idea.

Distance to Fairground can not be shorter. Staff was very helpful with the parking. Costs are 3€ per day. Big refrigerator, oven, cattle available. 2 independent sleeping rooms with clean linen and a living room. Bath is with shower. Also clean. Toileteries available. In the surrounding are some small restaurants and shops. Also a bakery. Tea-bags, sugar and Nescafe is available. It is cosy warm. Beside the recommendations in the part "what didn´t you like" value for money is ok.
