Nice outside area both front and back, the pool is a great size and you can always find some shade. Lovely fruit trees and grape vines. Garden was immaculate Quiet View from balcony Comfy beds Able to walk to some bars and resturants Right on the edge of the resort so quiet but long walk or car drive to main area

This is a family owned and maintained villa in a lovely position, directly opposite the sea and within easy walking distance of the restaurants in Kiotari. After booking we were asked if any of our party had food intolerances/allergies and this was greatly appreciated and taken into account within the very generous arrival food package. The villa has beautifully maintained gardens offering shade and sun to enjoy the child friendly swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and we have no hesitation in recommending this very family friendly villa to others hoping for a quiet holiday in a lazy sea fronted village.

-) AC in every room. -) All kitchen supplies you need are available and they even stocked up on the most important groceries for our first day. -) The garden is very beautiful. -) There are flyscreens on every window. -) The Pool was great to have. -) The Ocean was right across the street. No more than a minute walk.
