We had a wonderful stay at Livis 1 Villa and really enjoyed our time here. The villa is spacious, both inside and outside, with plenty of room to relax. The pool is lovely and was a big hit with our kids. We also made great use of the BBQ area, which is perfect for long summer evenings. The villa is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, and thanks to the shutters, we hardly noticed the road nearby when sleeping. We personally were not bothered by the road at all during our stay. A special thank you to the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. After a thunderstorm caused an issue with the water tank on the roof, he came over immediately to fix it. He was very friendly, took the time for a nice chat, and made sure everything was resolved quickly and professionally. His hospitality really added to our positive experience. We would also like to compliment the team managing the villa. When our son developed an ear infection and we unexpectedly had to extend our stay, they responded incredibly quickly and were very accommodating. Their support during a stressful situation was greatly appreciated and made everything much easier for us. Overall, this is a beautiful villa where we created wonderful holiday memories. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rhodes. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The back garden was a great space, spacious and private with ample garden furniture creating a different spaces. Also the build in bbq with sink next to it. The size of the house itself was very spacious and well layout with everything you need, from a well equipped kitchen to lots of different lighting. Very comfortable beds.
