Perfect location with fantastic view from the teracce. Beach is in 10m, yes - you just to cross a small road. Plenty of parking spaces. Kitchen with all necessary stuff. Great value for money.

The apartment is located right next to the beach, which is a great advantage. It was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Free parking is available everywhere in the surrounding area, making it very convenient for guests with a car. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Superb location with the sea right across the road. There is a supermarket in 10 min walking distance and a few taverns right nearby. I enjoyed the stay and sleeping to the sound of the sea. I'd love to come back someday.

The location is beautiful

The location is priceless! Beach by the house with a reach life in the sea for snorkelling. Kostas is a very kind and polite host, always to contact. The apartment is suitable for a rest, we had everything we need. Clean and with shelves equipped bathroom, nice balcony with sea view.

I Really enjoyed all, i recommend it to everyone that wants to have a good time in rhodes, the owner was very polite and was always there to anything that we needed, the studio was very clean with a good view and was very confortable. 10/10

Location, apartment. Service. At least 5 restaurants/ tavernas within 1-2 min walk. Quite comfy bad. View of the ocean from the terrace. The walls are really sound isolated quite well.

The owner is very kind and helpful. The accommodation is close to the beach. It's very easy to get there by car! There are many lovely cats around.

Loved the fact that we were across the road from the water. You could go for a swim to cool off without getting in your car. Plenty of good restaurants within 2min walking distance. Also coffee and restaurant across the road from unit. Would definitely book again.
