Overview
Situated in the peaceful village of Kiotari, just 15 metres from the beach, Paraktio Beach Apartments offer spacious apartments and studios with panoramic views of the sea. Each apartment is cheerfully decorated and fully equipped with modern amenities, to ensure a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The hotel offers a spacious terrace and garden, where guests can relax and admire the breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains. On the ground floor, guests will also find a small library. The beach is just in front of the hotel and, just 800 metres away, visitors can find water sport facilities. There are local taverns and mini markets nearby. The hotel also provides bike and car rental services and free parking, so guests can conveniently explore the picturesque surroundings of South Rhodes Island.

We enjoyed our stay at Paraktio Beach apartments, perfect choice if you look for a place to relax. The owners are very nice, friendly and always happy to help you if you need something. Our studio was clean, there was everything what we needed. The terrace and view are simply stunning :) The beach is very close as you can see in the pictures. There are also free sunbeds available for you. Thank you Filippos :)

Exceptional location right above the beach. The room is equipped with everything needed for comfortable stay- but the exceptional and unique feature of the apartment is its terrace- huge in size, overlooking the beach and the sea with all the furniture required for evening relaxation. The owner takes excellent care of his guests, the room is cleaned several times a week.

The staff is super lovely. We were greeted with a bowl of fruit in the room and a big water as well as beer in the fridge. Checking in and out was super quick and easy. Location is great, with the beach only a few steps away. Also only a few minutes walk away are a good few restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a kettle, cups, mugs and anything you might need during your holiday.

The owner is very friendly. He waited for us to come in the middle of the night, welcomed us with a big smile and big portion of fruit, bottle of wine and a flower. Better welcoming than in 5 stars hotel! Thank you for all hospitality. The accommodation is right on the beach, with free sunbeds to use and all rooms direct view on the sea from its balcony - perfect. We were allowed to stay last day till the evening in our room free of charge - Superb.
