Overview
Villa Ioanna offers traditional independent houses, each with a furnished terrace with unobstructed sea view. The family-run complex is located in Kionia, 3 km north-west of Tinos Town and the port. Built with respect to the Tinian architecture and tradition, each spacious house can accommodate 2 to 4 guests. Each is fully air-conditioned and includes an LCD TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and private parking. The long sandy beach of Kionia offers water sports facilities. The area is also known for its archaeological site.

We stayed overnight in Tinos and had a lovely experience. Fabio kindly picked us up from the port, which made arrival easy—he was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a small but welcome balcony offering panoramic views over Tinos. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we were able to prepare a simple dinner, which was perfect for a quiet night in. A hire car would be helpful if you’re planning to explore more of the island.

Wonderful place and a very welcoming host, Fabio, his hospitality has no limits. The place has unparallelled views and very calm - also because we were visitors in a quiet part of the season. Warmly recommended.

the view the terrace it was very windy but the terrace has walls on the side and one is quite well protected from the strong wind the interior is a bit outdated but everything is clean and functional

“Perfect for a couple”
You can expect a cosy and very clean apartment with a wonderful view, managed by a helpful host (e.g. free shuttle-service, wash tabs for washing machine). The highlight for me personally was the company of the cats around the apartment (I named them Isidor [black/white, shorter hair], Hannah [grey], Diomedes [black/white, longer hair], Philomena [grey/white], Petra [black] and Kallist' [black]). Yet they will leave you alone if you're not fond of them, of course.
