“lovely, peaceful, bliss...”

Great location, just up the hill from the beach. Some lovely tavernas 4 mins walk away. Fabio super helpful - helped us hire a car/picked us up from ferry. We loved sitting out and having breakfast on the balcony, staring at the sea. Some beautiful flowers in the apartment gardens as well, whose smell welcomes you as you walk back up the steps. Also very cute to see the cats curled up around the place. The room is simple but clean and the beds very comfy, the shower warm and the air con great.

“Beautiful rooms, very hostile owner but not accesible with big car!”

Mrs. Ioanna was very hostile. Although there we could’t access the rooms with our car and we had a person who couldn’t walk up to the property, she offered us her car to carry us to the room. She even offered ice cream to our kids and coffee to us!!!

“Quite okay”

The balcony was nice with comfy chairs. The room was clean, bed was comfy. There was a little fridge, some kitchen items and a stove. There were shutters outside of the window so the room could be darkened. The owner came to pick us up at the ferry and dropped us again free of charge, which was very nice (but his car was very full, dirty and smelly). There was free parking area.

“Great stay”

Very nice accomodation, good and quiet location. There are some stairs to reach the property from the beach/parking lot but it wasn't an issue for us. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Also, we received a great recommendation for hiring a car and spent a couple of days exploring the island. The owner helped us with a free transfer from the port and back. Tinos is such an incredibile island, we will definitely come back.

Property was clean with amenities like fridge, washing machine, ironing press, air conditioning. Also with great mountain view and sea at a distance. As this is located in Kionia village and the night sky with stars is breathtaking. The owner was super helpful and provided us with all required information including how to cummute and also how to find taxi. Helped us to go around in the city.

“Perfectly relaxing beach holiday.”

Very comfortable beds, lovely terrace - both the part in the shade and on the more exposed side. Lovely view and short distance walk from the sea, with cristal clear refreshing water.

The view from my terrace, the owner was very kind (and Italian), the air conditioning system (which was absolutely necessary especially during the night), the position - the flat was very close to the actual centre of Tinos, the external patio, the kitchenette.

We loved the place, nice view and not far from the beach. Fabio showed us everything and was very helpful. Beach is really nice and not crowded. Part of the beach is sandy and part is rocks

The owner, ms ioanna is super friendly and kind, she offered us beers for the welcoming! Location close to the port, balcony view, parking for the car also available. Clean, affordable and peaceful! We would visit again for sure

Mrs Ioanna was so lovely! They made me feel so welcome and went out of their way to be super helpful. The property is spotlessly clean and in a really quiet location. Wonderful breeze because you are high up but a few mins walk has you at the coast for an early morning swim The studio room was basic but with everything I needed for my stay. Good Wi-Fi, air conditioning and the option of a small kitchen had I wanted to make my own food. Comfortable bed and a lovely little balcony to sit out on with views of the sea and the mountains. Perfect for someone who plans to explore the island and just wants a base to come back to at the end of the day.

Almost everything was great but the best thing about our stay was the hospitality of the owner (Mrs Ioanna) who was super friendly and helpful with everything we needed. Will definitely try to come back! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!
