Just 10 metres from the beach of Kionia in Tinos, the family-run Fabio offers air-conditioned studios with free Wi-Fi and a furnished balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. The ancient temple of Poseidon is at 20 metres. A kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge and electric kettle is included in all the spacious units at the Fabio Studios. Each comes with a TV. Many taverns serving fresh fish are within a 3-minute walk. Tinos Town and the port are 3.5 km away. Free private parking is possible on site.

The place was truly exceptional, in a great area super close to Chora but in a quiet place by the beach and many places to eat around! Clean, cute and very comfortable and definitely value for money, the lovely people working there were very helpful with everything! would love to visit again!

Comfortable, clean apartment located in a beautiful area of Tinos, close to the beach. The view is beautiful and the hosts are really helpful. I would definitely recommend it! Thank you guys, we had a great time! ✌️

Host is very polite and replies instantly. All matters are solved asap. Kionia is a nice location and the front rooms have a nice view of the sea.

“Beautiful apartment next to the beach.”
It was a beautiful apartment exactly next to the beach. It is not in Tinos town so you probably have to rent a car if you dont want to walk 30 plus minutes, but we knew this before going. The owner was waiting for us to give the keys. You can find multiple restaurants there so you dont have to go to Tinos.
