“Not satisfied with Breakfast”

The breakfast should not be what they decide what to offer to clients, they should make selections for clients to choose what they want. For two weeks I stayed there, they are bringing breakfast already made and wrap for me, things I dont even eat or not on my choice. They should have a menu in the room each day to let the client tick what they will like to have for breakfast or simply prepare a space where clients can go have breakfast on their own choice

The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly which makes a huge difference in Kinshasa where customer service is generally not the best. All the staff from reception, porters, catering and housekeeping were friendly and professional. The room had a fridge and a kettle which came in very handy. The location was buzzing with easy access to all parts of Kinshasa either by public transport or Yango taxi app. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was highly cooperative and helpful. It was my first visit to Kinshasa, and the moment the booking was confirmed, the manager, Nikhil, contacted me and arranged everything I needed. The hotel car was at the airport well before my flight arrival, and they cleared me from the airport without any hassles. I should say hospitality was great and with high-speed WiFi. Nikhil was always with me inquiring about my comforts and so on. The rooms are well organized and cleaned. The stay was worth the money.
