“Best ever!!”

This place was amazing! The location was beautiful, everything was super clean and the room included everything you need. The staff, WOW(!!) The staff working there were really nice and took care of us so well. They really gave the place a super good vibe. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. There is also a restaurant with food that deserves a big golden star! A big thank you to everyone at the Faros. You made our vacation top notch!

“Beautiful hotel in a perfect place”

An absolutely wonderful family-run hotel! The rooms are cosy, with balconies offering breathtaking, unforgettable views of the sea. Everything was spotless — the rooms were cleaned daily, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The taverna just beneath is exceptional — the best food we had on Thassos. Fresh seafood, great wine, and outstanding service — we simply didn’t want to go anywhere else, it was just amazing. There’s also a small, charming beach right by the rocks — we went there every day. Crystal-clear water, hardly any people — perfection. And finally, the amazing family running the hotel — we’re so grateful to them for making our holiday (and my birthday) absolutely perfect, THANK YOU!

“Best accomodation in Greece in my opinion”

This is by far the best accommodation experience we've had in 15 years of vacationing in Greece. The view, the quality of the beds, and everything in the apartment would matter much less if it weren’t for the outstanding attention to cleanliness and service. The breakfast is of exceptional quality. Although the selection is the same every day, it's not an issue at all because there's plenty of food, and everything is very fresh and high-quality. The kindness and professionalism of the staff leave probably the most positive impression. You have the privilege of staying above the best taverna on Thassos, which, in my opinion, has no competition. That is, however, possibly the only downside—because of the taverna’s popularity, parking can be a challenge in the evening. Still, alternatives can be found easily. We are 100% coming back here.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The view of the sea was absolutely breathtaking – truly unforgettable. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met. Everything exceeded our expectations. We checked out from our hotel in Thassos today, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself was beautiful, and Nicos, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and took great care of us. The hotel’s restaurant and the food were also excellent. We even spent one full day just relaxing at the hotel’s beach, which was such a delight. It truly was an unforgettable holiday. The hotel is family-run, and everyone was so warm and friendly — it really made us feel at home. Highly recommended!

A location with a wonderful view, where you can admire the most beautiful sunrises, clean, spacious rooms with a sea view. At the tavern, the food is very good, everything is fresh, and the hosts are very friendly and kind people. For sure, if I get to the island again, I will gladly return to Faros View. Faros Rooms is a true paradise with stunning sea views and cozy rooms. The hotel's tavern offers delicious local food, and we enjoyed every meal there.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. It had a perfect sea view and a small, quiet beach. The ground floor of the hotel is a beautiful taverna. The food and portions were excellent. The breakfast options were not very extensive, but it was tasty and satisfying. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will come back to Thassos again just to stay at this hotel once more.

Everything was perfect. The room had a beautiful sea view, and also the restaurant. There were sunbeds and umbrellas for clients. The food was very good, tradițional greek food.

“Magical location was the major draw for us”

The location of the hotel is magical. Our balcony (from room 102) looked out across the bay with just a small road (the hotel driveway) between us and the water. We spent ages sitting there. We did not swim from the rocks beneath the hotel as it was just a 5-minute walk down to the sandy beach. The hotel is located close to two other restaurants and a mini-mart. The staff were very friendly. It was very peaceful at night, The room's balcony doors have shutters which keep light and noise out. The room was very clean and the fridge was useful. We enjoyed the breakfast.

“Superb!”

Nikos and his brother Iannis are perfect hosts. Location very nice, everything new. Good size room, beds, bathroom. Cleaning done every day. Mosquito's nets on windows and good air conditioned, both very important. Very nice view over the bay. And very nice taverna, even people from outside of the hotel were coming to eat there in the evening.

It was a beautiful dream. We felt like we was in a big family. Beautiful view from the room. Clean rooms. Exceptional fish at the tavern. We stayed in room 102 and there was shade all day and there was no noise from the tavern. In the morning you could hear the waves hitting the rocks.... a joy of sounds.
