It was comfortable, clean and well equipped

This is my second visit to Morpheus rooms. Pedros and his partner are very welcoming. The accommodation is delightful and very good value for money. Kini is well worth a visit if you are going to Syros.

“Peace in kini”

On arrival i was met by petros who was very helpful. His wife gave me some very much needed melon and peaches. Lovely touch. The furnishings are good quality as are dishes, cutlery etc. Very happy to see a cafetiere. The shower was amazing. Bed, so comfortable. Bedding and towels top quality materials Housekeeping faultless Quiet resort, although might have been rammed mid season and weekends. Walk round the hills to next beach was lovely. Little cafe on beach were friendly.

“A great escape”

Excellent location it was spotlessly clean and very quiet my wife thought she had gone deaf. Just set back from the beach and the road we found the place to be lovely. We were greeted by Lila what a lovely lady then later by Petros our hosts, with melon and cake. We were invited to coffee on our way out one morning which was lovely then spent the evening with them and another couple for drinks and snacks. It’s is located near some good Taverners which in the main are reasonably priced. We just loved the time here and regreted leaving had we not booked our next accommodation we would have stayed it is certainly down for our return. Many thanks to Lila and Petros for making our stay memorable.

“Peaceful relaxing time in a small authentic seaside village”

Cosy homely place which gives a real seaside home feel. Lovely hosts who were on hand to help out and made you feel welcome. 1 minute walk from the sea. This place is a great place to stay for full relaxation and peace. Note about the location and something I didn’t realise until arriving: in case anyone is wanting a bit more of a lively area it would be more advantageous to look for accommodation in Ermoupoli, but of course this has nothing to do with the accommodation itself.

Petros and Lina are wonderful hosts who are really helpful and accommodating. The room has such plush mattress and pillows (I haven’t had such a restful sleep in a while!) and the room was cleaned impeccably each day. Quiet surroundings and the hotel is just a 2min walk to the most peaceful part of Kini beach. It’s really easy and quick to get to the main town via taxi. Highly recommend staying at Morpheus if you’re in Syros, I’ll definitely be back!

“Picture perfect comfort”

Beautiful just beautiful , soft net curtains gently blowing in the breeze , on a generous outdoor area. Every detail in my room was perfect, lovely shower , lighting options, fresh soft towels , water in the fridge, and a welcoming host who shared some water melon with me as it was a very hot day when I arrived. My short stay on Syros was so nice because my accomm made it perfect. Situated for a western sunset only 40 steps from your door. Lots of lovely cafes on the beach at Kini. I didn't need to go around the rest of the island . I explored a few areas but found Kini to be the least busy and right for me as a solo traveller. It is set right where the main buses go from to other areas and the port. Tip: use buses for 2 euro instead of taxis.

We had a wonderful time here. The room is not big but it has everything you could need for your stay. It is located on a quiet street, a few steps from the beach and the best restaurant in Kini. Our hosts were very kind and helpful.
