Very friendly staff. It was a low season so I was alone in whole hotel. Loved it, view is beautiful.

It had great views from my apartment. There was a mix up in the booking and I was upgraded. Cleaned daily to a very high standard.

Very comfortable with beautiful view over Kini Bay. Loved the big balcony. It was very quiet and peaceful and a short walk down to the beach. Efi was very helpful. Easy bus connections from Kini to rest of island.

Very nice hotel high up above the bay with beautiful views from the shared terrace. The host was very pleasant. The room was cleaned every day.

Nice apartments with view on the hill of kini By foot access to the village and the beach (!-10min walk) Great welcome by the daughter who runs Kini Bay, unlike the father who can be rude.

The highlight was the host Efi who made every effort to make the stay special, including a lovely welcome tray of wine and fruit on the balcony. The location is great - high enough for a nice sunset view but only a few minutes walk from the beach. The room itself was excellent value too

The room (no 6,first floor) and the view are beautiful. We had a balcony with clear view in the Aegean overlooking the beach. Loved the bed and the mattress. The host is very helpful and kind. Good value for money in the high season.

I thought the room was very good value and in a great location. It had everything we needed (aircon, clean shower, fridge and self service facilities), was nice and quiet and had a lovely terrace outside. The host was very welcoming and gave us some fruit and a glass of wine when we arrived. The communication and directions before we arrived was great.

Kini Bay was a family run and very friendly Hotel. Our accommodation was superb - with lots of homely touches. Our room was situated downstairs with an amazing private patio with sea views- table chairs and deck chair seating. A lovely lemon tree was outside our bedroom. The room was well equipped and plenty of space. Very clean with plenty of toiletries. Efi and her parents were very helpful. Short distance to bars and beaches all downhill, 5mins.

“Stunning views over an Idyllic bay”

Beautiful setting overlooking the bay from a lovely terrace. Everything was well maintained and the room was spotless. We were looked after so well and there was always someone around if we had a question.

Host was rude when we used outside hose to wash sand of feet . . He chastised us like we were children . He was over obsessive . Made me feel uncomfortable. And unable to relax

The location is great, just a small walk in to the center and beach. The small garden, and the view was amazing.

Fantastic hotel and staff made for a memorable experience of Kini. Highly recommend …
