Very good location, almost on the beach, next to the bust stop, cafes, restaurants, mini market. From the balcony side sea-view. Good sunshade and quiet air condition. Kettle (and coffee) in the room - but no glasses. Very kind lady preparing the rich breakfast. Early check-in was not problem. Our room was very quiet in September, almost no traffic at all on the street during the night. (And Kini is a lovely place at all.)

“Very little, but especially well cleaned rooms with comfy beds, close to to the nice sandy beach.”
The beds were big and super comfy. The pillows are also very comfortable. The breakfast menu was ample, wide range of dishes to choose. Very close to the sandy beach. In one of the rooms there was no hairdryer, but we signed and next day we got one. A clothes dryer was missing from one of the balcons, we indicated and get one on the same day (although rusty and incomplete). Although I would like to emphasize the cleanliness. The cleaning ladies made a very thorough job. It was the cleanest and most properly sterilized bathroom we have ever had in Greece! The air conditioner worked properly.

Breakfast was fresh,varied and delicious .Location was at the center of everything (50 yds from the beach , the bus and a bunch of dining options ) Aphrodite, the proprietor couldn’t have been nicer nor more attentive . I felt right at home.
