Amazing !!! Our stay at Aniv Villa by the Sea in Kini, Syros was simply unforgettable. Perched just feet from the shoreline, the villa offers stunning views, elegant design, and total tranquility. Every room is beautifully styled with modern comforts and Cycladic charm. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast on the sun-drenched terrace was pure bliss. Just a short walk to Kini’s beach and tavernas, the location is perfect. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. One of a kind property in a great location by the sea. Very comfortable beds, good quality linen/towels, excellent kitchen that is well stocked, private front yard with sea loungers and big dining table, superb roof top overlooking the bay, modern technology throughout the property. Fantastic, kind, thoughtful hosts. Gorgeous, clear sea within one minute of the property. Selection of tavernas within stone’s throw (during season).

If you are looking for an authentic, relaxing Greek island getaway with a luxurious home with access to a beautiful beach and restaurants, You’ve found the right place! We travelled as a family of 5 with three kids under 9. Aniv by the Sea is a beautiful villa; the decor, amenities and location are the best in Kini. The spa and rooftop terrace were my favourites, and the sunsets from the villa are 10/10. The villa was stocked with bottled water, tea, coffee and snacks, which we appreciated; there was also drinkable filtered tap water. Jacobina and George are kind and thoughtful and have provided everything you could possibly need for your holiday. This was by far our favourite destination, and that was solely influenced by how wonderful this home is. The location is at the end of the beach, restaurants and parking are plentiful, and the beach is excellent for kids: Kini is well located and an easy drive to Ermoupoli and surrounding towns. The local community were very welcoming, and we found a great bakery and coffee shop along the beach road. Thank you, Jacobina, George and Thomas, for welcoming our Aussie family to your beautiful villa. We can’t wait to return!

The location is great, very convenient. The house is very comfortable, the bed and pillows were great, is is very quiet and it feels like the outside comes into the house with very calming and southing wave sounds. The air conditioning was great, the appliances new and great, the internet was good. The hosts were fantastic!

The place was spotless and very well thought out making it extremely comfortable. Many sitting and lounging areas. Exceptional view. The location is excellent and close to everything. The beach is fantastic and the beach bars and restos were also very good, tasty food and fabulous cocktails. The hosts are fantastic, very welcoming, helpful and kind.

The grounds where amazing. It was so spacious and had the most perfect view of the sunset with a 2 second walk to the beach front.

Our party of four adults and a toddler had a wonderful time at Villa Aniv. The property, which has been renovated to a very high standard, is spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. With Kini beach just metres from our front door and a variety of cafes and restaurants to choose from, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much Jacobina.

the location directly at the beach and near the restaurants is one of a kind. the jacuzzi is a perfect addition to relax. the rooms itself are specious and provide a perfect long stay opportunity. the host is super approachable.
