Very traditional and close to beach

Location is juste great. Super good bakery next door, Kini beach is very nice and other beach plans very close by that are great. Very nice restaurants around. Staff was super nice. We strongly recommend !

“Faulty Towers”

Stayed here two years ago, and Agnes is a lovely lady. My how things can change. The bed collapsed twice as there are not enough slats underneath. We had to ask for cooking utensils, as there where none in the kitchen. But you get what you pay for I guess.

The accommodation was self-catering and I could come and go as I pleased. It has a spacious courtyard with lovely plants and decorations, and there's a mini-market across the road. The best thing about it was the owner Agnes, who was warm and friendly, chatty and incredibly helpful. She speaks good English and is keen to do anything she can to help - she even walked with me to the bus stop to explain the complicated timetable. She's absolutely lovely and was one of the best things about my stay in Kini - thank you Agnes.

Agnès is the friendliest and most helpful host ! She instantly makes you feel at home. Location is great, calm and yet 5 minutes away from the beach. My room (top floor) had a huge terrasse in the shade, perfect to read and relax. Air conditioning works great and I had a small kitchen.

Agnes is so helpful. Such a lovely lady. The room was very comfortable and had most things one needs.

Our stay in Kini in Agnes Rooms was perfect. The apartment was big, well equipped and very very clean. Every day Agnes provided us with new towels and beddings. The whole area is very very tidy and clean and decorated nicely. In addition, we had a wonderful view from our big balcony! Agnes made our stay very special as she is the perfect host. She is extremey warm-hearted and well-organised. It was great to have a chat with her and she even gave us equipment for the beach and offered us to use her washing machine. We felt very comfortable and at home and will definately stay in Agnes Rooms again!

Kini is a lovely little town with its own beach (more touristic, more facilities) and less touristic beaches just 20 mins and 1 hour away by foot. Agnes and her husband are very charming people that will make your stay wonderful; providing you with information, giving you some tips and most importantly being very accommodating. They even brought us to St. Stefano church, a beautiful hidden church which is hard to find and reach, by car ! Thank you again for an awesome time in Kini, we hope to visit you again :)
