I was visiting for work and the location in central Kingsville was ideal for getting around the area, especially to Leamington and Essex. Room was spacious with that homely touch that is seldom seen in hotels I usually stay in when travelling. Comfortable and with good amenities as well as plenty of tea/coffee facilities, Food was also excellent at the onsite Goose Kitchen. Excellent wifi connection for work which is always helpful.

It was an awesome room. The bed and pillows were great for a good night sleep. But it was the jacuzzi that sold me. The staff at the restaurant were amazing and attentive. The foid was amazing. I had tge yellow Erie Perch with sweet potato fries and side ceasar salad. It was really good.

The room was so nice. Clean and comfortable. The staff were very good. The coffee bar. The restaurant downstairs was great, and there was no noticeable noise in our room from the restaurant. Great happy hour deals. Great location with free parking

Loved having the coffee available for the morning, and it was nice to have the complimentary water in the room. The staff were excellent in both the hotel and the restaurant. The rooms were clean and quiet.

“Great staff but too expensive for what you get”

I loved the old style of the building, even though there was a restaurant/bar downstairs we did not hear any noise in our room. It was very clean. The spa bathtub was amazing even though the jets weren't very strong. All the staff was amazing including the ones who worked in the restaurant. The view was also nice. Everything was within walking distance.

The location was excellent and the facility was wonderful! Very cozy and charming. We loved it! Would book there again in the future. Also - was very impressed with the PR work ahead of time and now, afterwards. It was great receiving all the info beforehand. Way to go - public service in this day and age - imagine!

The dining room in the Inn was exceptional. The food was delicious & the staff were excellent. One server, Jen, is a great asset to Inn 31 & The Goose. Great atmosphere & great service. The concierge service itself was very good. When a text was sent, the staff member (Amanda) responded very quickly.
