“Perfect oasis”

This is our second time here. Let me tell you, it is always 100% perfect. We've stayed at every hotel chain you can think of. This place is above all of them. It is spotless and charming. It's a cottage oasis in the country. The local shops and restaurants are perfect for the country setting. The hosts are wonderful and always around the corner if you need anything at all. I can't tell you how much I recommend this little oasis. With Point Pelee, Leamington, Windsor and all other attractions a short drive away, you can't go wrong.

The village of Cottam in the town of Kingsville was quite, peaceful and had a nice bakery and some nice coffee shops. Great breakfast places too. The location was perfect for going to wineries, and provincial parks. It is even very close to two major cities - Winsor, Ontario and Detroit, Michigan. :-) We went to Winsor and other nearby historic towns. all along many beautiful bodies of water - St. Clair Lake, Lake Erie and the Detroit River (a.k.a. the Winsor River) :-)

We loved how soft and cozy the house made us feel. My wife and I were able to relax at night after exploring Kingsville.

The room was spotless and had every convenience we could ever need. The decor was priceless and ever detail perfect!

Wow, I've been to the Hilton, Double Tree, Embassy Suites and so on. This place is above par compared to anywhere I have stayed. It's immaculate, clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. From the welcome note and candies on our bed. To offering to dry our clothes after a very wet motorcycle ride to Hogs for Hospice. The pictures are 100% accurate. It is extremely clean, comfortable and affordable. It's in the quaint little town of Cottam, with access to restaurants, coffee shops and small stores. It is literally in the heart of the county with close access to Windsor, Pelee Island, point Pelee, Leamington and any other Essex County Attraction. I wish I could give even more stars. We WILL be back to this fine accomodation.

This is a small guesthouse,but beautifully decorated and thoughtfully supplied.The kitchen is basically a closet,but provides a small fridge,microwave,and toaster oven; you also have access to a bbq on the private and pleasant patio.The bed was comfortable,and the place was spotless.However,- and this was my own fault for not asking,-the shower is in a large and deep clawfoot bathtub.I have Parkinsons,and even with my spouse's assistance,could not get into or out of it,and had to bathe elsewhere.If you have any mobility issues,this is not for you.That said,the owners are a wonderful young couple who do their utmost to ensure that your stay is pleasant

It was very nicely decorated, great location, very clean and comfortable bed. The owners left a very nice welcome note on our bed which was very much appreciated! Would whole heartedly recommend a stay here!

The cozy atmosphere, the softness of the bed sheets and and the, the hospitality and the way I was able to check in (the keypad was intuitive and easy to gain access to the space)

Very charming and clean room, comfy bed and pillows. nice to have coffee provided for the morning. Great outside deck with patio furniture and nice firepit area.

Easy to find. Beautiful guest house, small but functional with all the necessities as well as close by restaurants and coffee etc (although we didn't partake). The set up was very functional and the giant soaker tub was a hit for both of us after a long day & night. Location was a bit out of the way for us as it states Kingsville but is actually in another small town so farther than I would have liked for our christmas/new year with the kids. The bed wasn't quite for us but it wasn't uncomfortable and you can't beat the price for your own little private oasis. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
