Great location, very clean, friendly staff, amazing WiFi connectivity, comfortable beds, tennis court available if you wanted to use and a great gym that opened up really early. Loved the traditional food they offered too. Archer who served the breakfast/drinks was absolutely fantastic!! Everyone needs someone like Archer. Thanks again

The staff are exceptional. Very friendly, courteous, and helpful with any local queries that I had. The grounds and public areas are beautifully kept, a good onsite gym, lovely swimming pool. The room was comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect, in the heart of New Kingston with easy access to restaurants, banks etc. I went for my early morning walk at Emancipation Park which is barely 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Just a 10 minute walk to catch the Knutsford Express to my next location or the airport.

The place is like vintage, and very quiet. The room was comfortable with a lot of space and a desk for remote working.

Not much, checked in at 10 and left at 5.55am, no one was at the reception so left the key with security since I was rushing to the airport.

I would like to start off saying it’s a calm and peaceful environment. your staffs are well mannered and helpful but the person that stood out for me was a female called mekada she’s a life saver throughout the entire booking to appearing journey and I would love for you guys to help me commending her for her excellent customer service.
