Unfortunately, I did not like my accommodation. Because it was full of annoying insects. And I saw several cockroaches. Big and dirty. There was a lizard in the apartment. The ceiling fan was very dusty and when it worked, the dust spread everywhere and got into my eyes. My left eye hurts since that day. Because it was full of bacteria. And that the accommodation fee was not accurate. And the total price on the website did not match the total payment. Because the owner of the apartment calculated it separately which was not visible in the normal hall. And this is the lack of clarity of the total rent.

I wasn’t able to stay, i received a message that it was cancelled as I arrived at the airport because they had the place as available and realised it wasn’t. So I was left trying to find somewhere else, I had to ask them multiple times to cancel it on this app before they did

I enjoyed my stay the AC was nice and powerful. Location was perfect. I would love to visit again. The Host was wonderful and very responsive.

PROPERTY WASN'T AVAILABLE. On the day when I arrived at the property around 5pm, there was no one to handle the keys, despite numerous confirmations with host of my arrival the same morning. Many attempted contacts and calls not answered for almost an hour while I was waiting with my cab driver outside. There was no security guard either to provide any information. Finally, the host answered my call, informing me that my booking will be cancelled due to pipe faults reported previously by the other tenants. Host then was fully aware that the property is not available for agreed time 1/3pm, yet didn't contact me with any warnings, leaving me homeless for the night. Host was very apologetic however, this doesn't excuse lack of contact with the client, especially when the booking was done way ahead with clear contact details provided. I ended up staying at overpriced accommodation due to no advanced booking, and no compensation was issued by the host. I would not recommend to try that place unless you have a plan B straight away.
