I am pleased with the facilities & I was most impressed with the staff, they polite & courteous, very helpful & informative, I would definitely recommend “Shirley Retreat” to anybody, it was a great way to begin my holiday. I intend to return to “Shirley Retreat” in the future as a launch to other areas of Jamaica.

Location is perfect so many restaurants all attractions near by. Staff is nice room also good. Ac is very strong which is a must in jamaican heated weather. Private parking also available good.

The staff at the reception were very kind and patient with me even though my English was not good, and at check-in the lovely secretary ordered a taxi for me so I could buy a SIM and exchange money. Really lovely, thank you very much.
