“Super location for the Knutsford Express bus terminal”
Check in was easy, the restaurant had closed early so we couldn’t get dinner, however the breakfast next morning was delicious with a wonderful view from the rooftop restaurant.

“I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to the town and enjoys a nice quiet relaxing atmosphere.”
This is a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy yourself. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Not really soundproof but that’s not something to worry about once you’re in the room. Easy access to rooms and dining area on top floor (5). Continental breakfast was included every morning which was nice, I had cornmeal porridge and peanut porridge which both are my favourite. You can also have a cooked breakfast which both are included in the price. They always have lunch and dinner available at a reasonable price. The bar is located on the same level and has a nice variety of drinks. They do play music to keep you in the spirit but no night entertainment. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would like to thank every member of staff there that made my day special as I celebrated my birthday here.

“Great place to stay in Kingston”
The rooms were great and very clean. We had a lovely view from the balcony and our bottle water was replaced each day which was very thoughtful. The location is very close to Knutsford Express station, which was handing for getting a coach.

“IDEAL AFFORDABLE CENTRAL KINGSTON HOTEL”
During my recent stay at R Hotel Kingston, I was impressed by several standout features that made my visit memorable. The hotel boasts an excellent central location in New Kingston, tucked away on a quiet street that offers both convenience and tranquility. One of the true gems of the property is the 5th floor restaurant/bar/pool area, which provides stunning panoramic views of Kingston, the majestic Blue Mountains, and even glimpses of the Caribbean Sea—a perfect setting for relaxation or a sunset cocktail. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped with cooking facilities, laundry amenities, a fridge, and comfortable seating—ideal for both short and extended stays. The front desk staff were consistently attentive and pleasant, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Special commendation goes to Gregory, the restaurant manager, and the catering team, whose service was exceptional throughout my stay.

“Exceptional Hospitality and Care During a Difficult Time”
The staff was friendly and accommodating, I stayed during the hurricane Melissa which was a traumatic experience but they ensured safety for the guests. The staff made sure persons were comfortable during that time. I am grateful for how they were accommodating during a vulnerable time for everyone. The food was good as well even with a limited menu due to the disaster.
