The room and kitchen was very spacious. A/C was A1 and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was also included which was very good.

The breakfast was good I just wished they had more options to choose from on some morning. It felt like we were eating the same thing every morning and they only changed the type of chicken. The house keepers and maintenance crew were really nice.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, including reception, security and cleaning staff. The breakfast was an adequate selection of eggs, bacon, sausages as well as traditional jamaican foods like boiled sweet potatoes, chicken or ackee and saltfish or callaloo. It is not heated, so can be cold when you arrive. I asked the service staff to warm it up for me, which she did and that made it much more satisfying. There is also a selection of cereals and fruit. The bedroom was comfortable, with comfortable beds and a great view. Great location near to lots of restaurants, (I would recommend the 100 restaurant across the road), Bob Marley Museum and Devon House Ice Cream all on the same road.

I booked for a friend and they loved the location, they were able to get to the Bob Marley Museum just by walking about 5 minutes. And realized that the US embassy is also about 5 minutes walk. They said the rooms are so cozy and everything is so clean and nice. The property is very intimate and the staff was attentive, they got a delicious Jamaican breakfast. They look forward to staying there next time they return to Jamaica. They were impressed at all the amenities for boutique hotel. It even has a little convenience store and a very nice restaurant and bar.

Room had broken window in the bathroom. The Door closed but needed a new door had spaces all around. Staff very friendly and super helpful. that was not fixed.
