Great place. Stayed for 2 weeks, visiting from the UK by myself. All staff were welcoming and very friendly. They made sure I felt safe and informed. Room was clean with a nice shower and TV. Particularly impressed by Wayne who was on hand to help me - even on his day off! Highly recommend.

I stayed one night at Chillinn at Duke and it exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, well lit and had everything I needed for a short stay. The staff were excellent, especially Keith who went above and beyond — helping me find food late at night and arranging a taxi for me the following morning. His kindness and helpfulness really stood out.

1. Facility is well cleaned and located in the heart of downtown, Kingston. 2. The staffs were very friendly, welcoming and available to help of there any questions. 3. Location has very easy access to taxis, restaurants, etc. 4. I particularly like the security measures installed: key fob locks and cctv cameras.

The owner was super friendly, same for the staff. The room was super clean The bed super confortable excelent quality Big bathroom, hot water I am a woman solo traveler and I feel safe m Highly recommended

“Best spot in downtown”

The real meaning of doing something with love, 11 out of 10! The hosts were kind and caring. The staff was very friendly (big big up to Wayne), the location was excellent for everything we wanted to do, with everything nearby within walking distance. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom towels are top quality. The lounge upstairs was very chilled and inviting. The night walks were so nice and the property is top secure.

This is by far the most cleanest and most comfortable place I could ever think of , from the moment we walked in we were greeted by Wayne who was exceptionally polite and friendly and went above and beyond for us we felt comfortable and it was beautiful it was breath taking a little paradise tucked away guest there were friendly and it was just everything u could ever asked for , the lady who’s in charge made us felt at home she became a close friend right away should out the room attendant she was polite and sweet and she always checking on us how if I could rate this place for more stars I would you all have Got to try this little paradise so breathtaking a little home away from home . Stay here on the 5th of October and I’m going back again soon this time longer .

“Great for a one night stopover with a great host in Wayne.”

Wayne greeted us on arrival and was very helpful, he carried our cases upstairs and provided extra towels that we requested. He also had tea, coffee and water in abundance.

Everything clean and comfortable. Perfect location in Downtown Kingston and close to the Airport. The host and the staff were very kind, they even drove us around in the city with the car, showing us places to eat and supermarkets, explaining us everything, very helpful and we had great conversations!! Definitely coming back to this place! 10/10
