the bed was comfortable the owner are nice people I just needs the place need a little more love but and more modern furniture this will help maxismes space.

We were satisfied with everything, the breakfast was delicious, the space is comfortable and well secured. I would recommend anyone to the property. My Fiancé and I really enjoyed the visit there.

The welcome was excellent. The breakfast was good for the first 3/4 days and then it went downhill. I think that the owners mean well but maybe the staff needs some training or retraining.

unfortunately early departure precluded me from partaking. The space was small but so arranged to be workable and comfortable. All amenities were present.

I did not stay at the Barbican bed and breakfast . When I arrived the owner,Mrs Spencer upgraded me to a one bedroom apartment, short distance from the B and B due to the AC in the B and B not working. The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious,comfortable. Facilities -gym,swimming pool and laundry area. Walking distance to restaurant and supermarket , I also extended my stay to a further 3 nights.

The Spencer`s our host was awesome.. They were most helpful to us especially when we needed to get food and stuff, i would recommend anyone to go visit especially if you need a private getaway , right there is perfect. The room was very comfortable and the hostess did an amazing job and the property was very secure.

We loved the privacy and cosy feel of the room. All the amenities noted before booking were well maintained and professionally presented for example the WiFi code was easy to access and high quality toiletries (Eco- friendly) were available. It was nice to have a powerful fan and good quality AC unit available to use at our discretion. My partner and I particular loved the temperature settings of the hot water too. The owner was attentive and friendly, we communicated with her face to face and over the phone and our room was prepared at short notice due to us deciding to stay in Kingston less than 2 hours before we booked. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable which made our short stay even better. Within walking distance were small shops and stalls and our driver seamlessly drove from our pickup point in Half Way tree to Barbican within 25 mins (during evening commuter traffic).

The wonderful and healthy breakfast every morning with the good vibes of the staff, was definitely a great way to start off my days, it felt more like at home than at an airbnb
