“booking.com messed up our stay”
Our booking was confirmed but it was not showing up on hotel system. We had to wait for an hour with two overtired kids late in the night. Hotel staff was helpful and kept trying to get in touch with Booking.com but noone would respond. It took an hour for an agent to get hold of someone and then we got the last room available at the property as they were sold out for the night! What a horrible experience booking through this website!

“booking.com messed up our stay”

Hotel staff was helpful and kept trying to get in touch with Booking.com but noone would respond. It took an hour for an agent to get hold of someone and then we got the last room available at the property as they were sold out for the night! What a horrible experience booking through this website!

“I think it was pleasant, but no frills at all. It was in a good location.”
Breakfast was simple, cereals & some fresh fruits & some precooked hot items. They didn't replace items that ran out, which was disappointing. They did have a pool & work out center.

i thought the breakfast was poor. hated the fact that everything was disposable - the waste is eye-watering.
