Great location between Burnt Pine village and the Kingston historic sites and Emily Beach. The house has an excellent amount of space, large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a beautiful location and garden. The large outdoor covered deck with BBQ is a beautiful place to enjoy meals. Lisa, the owner is extremely helpful. Our grandchildren loved the house.

Watermill Beach house suited our 3 generation holiday perfectly! The outdoor sitting dining area was so relaxing as we watched the birds in the garden. The location was brilliant with an easy drive or walk for the energetic amongst us to Emily Bay.

Really thoughtful host, the house itself was beautiful in a stunning location. Grounds were amazing. Rooms were spacious and house certainly large enough for a big group without feeling cramped. Wifi was a huge bonus. Would highly recommend.

Everything !!!! The Watermill house was great for a group. 4 excellent sized bedrooms with plenty of room to sleep and also relax in your room. Bathrooms nice and spacious the outdoor shower was a great bonus. Great kitchen facilities everything you need with a pay it forward pantry. Picnic set and rug to take to the beach. 3 different areas to relax and spread out and a lovely alfresco dinner area with bbq which we used for most of our stay. Landry with everything you need lots of linen towels beach towels. Close enough to town to walk to and Emily bay a short 10 min walk for a beautiful swim.

Perfect location, very close to Kingston Pier & Emily Bay. The home is located opposite Watermill Dam & in the World Heritage site, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the convict ruins. It was so lovely seeing the cows across the road each morning too! The home is well appointed & we utilised the outdoor area for breakfasts & dinners. The property is beautiful with such a relaxing atmosphere. The people on this island are so accommodating & it feels like a true community.
