We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms and how clean everything was. The two ladies at reception were exceptionally kind and accommodating, going out of their way to offer help. Their service truly elevated our stay - turning it from just another hotel visit into a unique and very pleasant experience.

“Hidden Gem”
This hotel is not much to look at from the outside given it is part of a strip mall. Yet when inside, it is a very welcoming place with a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The whole experience is quirky in a surprisingly pleasant way. We had a great stay and it is the hotel to stay at if you are tired of the same old thing hotel chains offer.

“It was great for us to have a base for a few consecutive nights!”
The room was a little crowded furniture wise, but it was a lovely big bed. Double hand basins was great and plenty of room to spread out a bit. We had a rental car, so parking on site was essential. Having a rental made it super easy for getting into downtown Kingston and doing all those touristy things!
