I love everything about this property and rooms within it . Its the nicest, cleanest place iv been at the staff are quick to reply to requests and are very kind i highly recommend this place!!

The whole house is very clean, nicely decorated, and has all the basic things that a traveller may need - dorm-size fridge with mini freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker (with ground coffee, sugar, and coffee whitener). The bed is a double, and the mattress is bamboo - supportive without being hard. The in-room TV is a Roku, so getting Netflix and such is quite easy. The bathroom is clean, and the hosts provide clean white towels, shampoo, and body wash. Please be a better guest than I was - if you're NOT moving your vehicle early in the morning, and you've parked behind another vehicle, please park on the street. The hosts were VERY nice about it, certainly more so than I would have been. Basically, read the instructions. >.< Close to downtown Kingston by car. I'm lazy, so I didn't walk, but most attractions are within a 5-15 minute drive.

This is in a quiet little residential neighborhood. There was free parking on the street. Easy access via a passcode sent to me by email. I never even spoke with the a person which was great. At first when I came into the house there was a bunch of voices, they were from the people who lived in the house upstairs. We could hear music when we were in the bathroom of our room, but it didn't play too late. The room is located downstairs, there are two of them down there and a little gym and sitting area. The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean. The bathroom was well equipped and quite nice. The area is equipped with some motion sensor lights which turned on during the night if we moved too much. There is a door to the bed room that you could use that would alleviate that. However, the light is incredibly right when you go to use the washroom at night.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a HOTEL QUALITY ROOM in the 'basement' of this modest residential home. Large bedroom, comfortable bed, huge large screen high def TV, excellent adjacent bathroom, connecting small hall had coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. Excellent facility and value. Met the owners, who live in the home - very friendly and helpful.

Amazing place - it could have been a 10 easily, and I would still highly recommend if we did not get the washing machine running at midnight and early evening
