“Excellent stay”
We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were awesome, especially Kira at the front desk. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff attentive and friendly.

“Disappointed”
We found bugs in our bed. They changed the room but we found tick again. They refused to get the money back when we got disappointed and wanted to leave hotel.

“Had a lovely stay, its a pleasure to stay at the Hilton, Bonus, my grandson studies at Queen's.”
The staff at the Hilton are exceptional, very helpful and very friendly, especially Eric, the chef. Daria at the front desk was very very nice and a pleasure. The rooms are very well kept, all bedding was excellent and very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling. The pool and hot tub were a joy, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in both, For me it was real pleasure as I had the whole spa area to myself, everyone from the weekend was gone. Breakfast is wonderful, an excellent all round great spread provided. I love going to this Hilton and will continue to return, it just feels so comfortable and everyone has a very positive nice vibe.

Mr. Eric at breakfast made our stay extra phenomenal. What a great human ❤️ check in was nice and easy. Rooms very clean the whole hotel is fantastic but Eric made it exceptional

“Great value”
Modern hotel breakfast included clean atmosphere. Booked in february, so at the time, the price was very reasonable.

I am disabled, and the room we had was exceptional. The bathroom was very large and the bath had a lot of grabbars which made it exceptionally easy to use

Your breakfast area was the best I have seen in North America. Excellent selection for breakfast. Lots of seating and unique areas for getting together. The fellow overseeing breakfast was very friendly and went around the rooms to see if everyone was satisfied. Well done Hampton!
