“Try another hotel.”
The TV was a disaster! The remote needed a fresh set of batteries. A window was left open and the toilet bowl seat was almost falling off. However, there was breakfast facilities - juice, coffee, cereal and muffins/toast.

The steps at the front entrance is not user friendly for seniors with luggage. A small ramp to avoid the steps would be a great convenience. Thank you.

“Awake at 5:30 am”
Stayed for 2 nights, and both mornings were awake at 5:30 am . Our next door was man, and he was so loud we asked to tell him, to quiet down the staff said yes, but he did not, my husband had to go and ask to quiet down.😠
