I like that the staff tried to accommodate with a remodeled room after 1 whole week of living in a tragedy. I like that after two days of having NO TV at all, the manager, who yelled at me about me, finally got someone in to fix it.

This was an awful experience. Bed bugs and roaches. The staff were extremely rude. The front desk lady seized my deposit due to being 1 hour late checking out of the room. This place is still in business and is a bad place for a nights rest. Rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. I’m sorry to say I’ll probably never use this booking website again just because they do business with this kind of establishment..
