“Ripped off”
Complete false advertising. Paid for the Spa bath room with Foxtel. Spar broken & has been for a long time according to other reviews of the same room . Foxtel not working at all. Rang management 1 hr after arrival to report the problem. Never rung me back . Sent email after 5 hrs being there . We checked out after our 2 night stay putting the keys in their unattended lockbox. I rung them again one home they promised to get back to me 5 days after checking out I’ve still not heard from them. Stay away complete rip off .

We weren’t shown to the property.The keys had to be picked up and a different property.When we located the property we were staying in,the keys had 93 on the tag.After finding the entry to the property it was confusing which room was ours as the key tag said 93.
