“Never again”
Room was advertised as a studio apartment it was not. The process of obtaining and returning the room key was amateurish and inconvenient. Back and forth and getting the car in and out first getting the key and then returning it was poor. The place has become very run down and I swore last time I stayed there I would not come back, I relented but never again unless I read that they shut down for 6 months for a full overhaul and refurbish. It is no longer even an average complex it has become a dump.

I didn't like that bookings.com did not advise that it was with a private apartment and not with the Mantra hotel group. Was hoping to upgrade to 1 bdrm spa apartment with ACCOR points and that was not an option through the private arrangement. Quite deceitful on bookings.com part and will probably not book that way again.
