“Disappointing stay. Not recommended”
The whole hotel is dirty Breakfast is limited and poor Room design does not follow simplist rules for comfort The room toilet is badly designed, enough to say that the hair drier is directly next to the door while the mirror and sink is on the other side The tub has a curtain that just send all the water to the floor AC unit is directly above the bed so you either freeze from direct AC or turn it off and live with your sweat

The room was spacious with a balcony that offered a nice view. However, the breakfast was disappointing. A very nice and quiet place with very nice and helpful staff.

“It was a pleasant experience”
The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. The room was big and spacious. The view from our balcony and windows was gorgeous - sea view, gardens below, and the huge pool. We opted for it since we had an early morning flight and this was close to the airport. Some people had written on the reviews earlier that this was a deserted area but I don't agree with them. The hotel's grounds were very safe, there were police check-posts at the entrance of the area. We felt quite safe there. The restaurant staff were kind enough to prepare breakfast for us at 5 am because we were supposed to leave early instead of their usual 7 am time. Overall, our stay was really pleasant.

“Disapointing stay”
apart from the reception, the staff was very. I kept asking to open the gift shop to purchase some snack and I was kept waiting and even when I called the reception, they told me someone will call you back and they didn't. Plus the breakfast had too many salt in it

“Good relaxing for those who are travelling early morning from Borj ElArab Airport”
The hotel is 5 minutes driving to airport! Thats why I booked this hotel room only for the last night of my visit to Alexanderia as my flight was early morning 🙂 My room was clean and wonderful setup with a balcony facing the swimming pool.
