The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults. There is a basketball and volleyball court and a small play area in the compound directly next to the building.

“Cozy and Comfortable but not Perfect.”
The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, sufficient enough for individuals, couples or even a small family. The interior was nice and cozy. Definitely will be considering this option the next time i have a visit to KAEC.

“Affordable stay in KAEC, very comfortable with fast responding and very helpful hosts”
the apartment is very generous in size and well decorated. the hosts responded immediately to any requests (e.g. initially we had not enough towels and blankets but they sorted this literally within 2 hours) . the communication was easy usually via whatsapp. we stayed there for 16 days and even in between, e.g. when we noticed a broken handle on one of the cupboard they came over to fix it quickly. the air condition was all in working order, the bathrooms simple but sufficient. the kitchen had a bit if an outdated oven which though worked well, the furniture also was outdated but usable. the fridge seemed to be very new. missing cutlery and crockery was immediately replenished generously on our request. we had a washing machine and plenty of drying rackets for the wet clothes.

The Flat facility, size, rooms size, were perfect. There are three bathrooms, the living room smart TV were nice.

“Excellent place and Kind treatment (Saudis are just so nice and friendly as usual)”
The owner was so kind to trust me and not accepted a down payment guarantee. This is because I did not have a Saudi account to transfer the money but went next day early morning and did the payment. He is nice. The Egyptian contact who was handing over the keys was also very nice and helpful
