“Great stay”
Alexandra is an excellent host, sure the hotel is older and quirky but rooms are clean and comfortable, elevator designed by Leonardo Da Vinci but it works! Hot water is reliable, balcony with beautiful views, good breakfast, ample safe parking inside the property, good beach bar. Very laid back and relaxing. As most Greek beaches, bring beach shoes for pebbles.

“A wonderful vacation in beautiful surroundings.”
The owner is very nice, the breakfast is good, it's right by the sea, and the buffet food is good and affordable. The man waiters at the buffet are friendly and efficient. I felt fantastic in the calm, comfortable environment. The best experience was bathing at night, try it! :) I don't mind that the building hasn't been renovated, as there are so many good things to compensate for that.

The location is absolutely beautiful. Right on a private beach with crystal clear waters with free sunbeds and natural shade from the trees that are literally on the beach.

“Sun hotel Kineta”
The hotel is located in a very beautiful place in Kineta, with a perfect beach, fresh air, and stunning views. It has its own private beach area with free loungers and umbrellas, as well as a beachfront bar and snack corner. The minibar and the hotel restaurant are good, and there's plenty of space for walking around or just chilling. It has a friendly, family-run vibe, with personal touches like a shuttle service and attentive staff.

“Certainly needs renovation”
The beach right in front of the hotel was very nice. Personnel were kind (but too few to handle the guests) and trying really hard to serve everyone. Big parking inside the premises. Free sunbeds and umbrellas.

The luxury is in its location on the coast, its nearness to Athens and it’s very friendly owner and the staff in general. We were offered some flexibility on checking out which was really kind of the owner.

“Great place to enjoy a family holidays”
Sun hotel is a great place to stay with the family, it is great for children (it has toys and a small park outside for them to play). The owner, she is super lovely. Yes, the hotel is not new but the room was clean enough and it had the basic amenities to enjoy our weekend (including towels, mini shampoo bottles, hair dryer, etc. ). The breakfast is simple but very enjoyable to have it outside in the terrace. It is in front to the sea, the location is top; and the sea it is so beautiful, you can have sun-beds and umbrellas for the sun. The restaurant and the cafeteria offers food, beverages, ice-creams, etc.
