“A perfect beachfront getaway with family, in a beautifully renovated home, hosted by wonderful people.”
Everything! The house is literally on the water—you step out and you’re on the beach. It’s been fully renovated and looks even better than the pictures (which don’t show the updated version yet). The space was perfect for our family, the barbecue area was great, and we loved the peaceful location and the beautiful beach. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, which made everything even better.

“Lovely stay, great location”
We had the pleasure as a family to stay at the Villa in Kineta. It was a short stay but well worth it both as location and as facilities. Our children loved the spacious garden and playground and the adults enjoyed the shade under the trees and outside veranda. The location is amazing as you exit the house and enter the sea although it was April and the sea was still cold for a family swim. We had a good sleep, the kitchen is equipped with anything we needed and communication was great as Fotis addressed all the questions we had. Highly recommended to all airbnb guests.

“Very nice house, superb location”
A very nice house at a superb location, literally by the seaside. The house is spacious, very clean and convenient. It is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for families or friends. The owner welcomed us and provided all amenities and info about the house and the area. Great stay, highly recommended!
