We stayed just a couple of days here at The Geranium Villa but we were able to appreciate Polly's friendliness, the Kineta beach and the easy and fast railway link to Athens. The apartment is very beautiful, confortable and so large. The garden crossing to get to the seaside is very remarkable. At foot distance there is a Tavern, Lagudera [λαγουδερα], we suggest you pay a visit.

Beautiful garden, spacious and super-well equipped apartment. Two balconies, one facing the sunrise and the other the sunset. Right next to the beach and safe space for parking your car. Extremely kind hosts who treated us so kindly including fresh self-made cake and pancakes. The perfect place to stay in Kineta.

Very friendly host. Appartement offers a lot of space. Balconies to different directions with beautiful view on the garden and the sea. Parking in the grounds of the house in the shadow of trees. The beach is close to the house. One can reach it by crossing the garden. Behind the garden gate it is. There is a breakfast place nearby. We picked up breakfast there and had it on the beautiful big balcony. Beautiful place.

The whole apartman was really nice. We loved the garden and the private beach. The terraces was amazing in the morning sun. We are really thankful for our hosts, they are nice, helpful and amazing people.

Lovely location by the sea. Sea views. Restaurants and a mini market nearby. Spacious. Friendly welcome.

The location is fine, you really go from the garden directly to beach. The beach is OK, not very wide and a bit neglected, with a lot of trash, but that is normal for Greece. The hosts are super nice and very friendly, the kids really enjoyed the small presents on arrival. It is very convenient location for visiting Athens with car, with just 30 minutes of driving.

Great location next to the beach, very spacious terrace with mountain and sea view. Clean and comfortable inside and lovely hosts, perfect stay 👌

On the seashore, you open the garden gate and you step on the beach. Quiet location, parking the car in the yard. Apartment big, but the facilities for cooking are at upper floor (some steps) Hosts are nice people, they help with anything you need; lady gave us fruits and last day made pancakes for the road.

Incredible stay. The host Poli, was very friendly and always there to help. I had to get ready for my wedding so Poli had decorate the hole house, amazing job. All by herself and without me asking for enything. She made it feel like my home. A big thank you for that. House wise, very big rooms with AC super comfy for all my guest i had invite. Great view from everywhere. I highly recommend this house. Unforgettable :)
