“This is our 3rd visit to the lodge and it has everything you need. It is very unique outside and in”
The lodge is unique and has lots of period features. There is also so much only a short drive away.

“Peculiar. Very comfortable but ruined by road noise”
This property is very well appointed. The beds are comfortable and so are the sofas. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bathrooms are nice too. The heating and hot water work very well. Mr Smith was very pleasant on the phone and very helpful. It is a very Scottish house and this added to the Scottishness of our holiday.

“Small castle in the forests!”
Great house in great location! Forests and river Dee just next to the property. Place is warm and cosy, big fully equipped kitchen, big sitting. Upstairs we loved size of both bedrooms and two bathrooms as well. Supermarket Tesco is about 15-20 mins drive away if you need anything. This was our first holiday in Scotland and we loved it!

Beautiful location and very nice accommodation/ property. Great to have a good kitchen and a bathroom per room. Bird feeders were a lovely touch. Nice to see the tits, finches and woodpecker feeding daily

“Great lodge to stay at warm and very traditional”
It is a great lodge with all the comforts. The kitchen is big and has all the utensils you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good and the heating is very good.
