Our friendly hosts welcomed us to their a lovely old home in a quiet area with good security. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a pleasant night stay.

It's an old house so both the bathroom and bedroom was spacious, with high ceilings and beautiful bay windows. It is also clean, comfortable and the owner was friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and comfortable. And I had privacy. The staff was helpful with checking in and out, and they assisted me with everything I needed.

Leicester house is stunning and the host Frank is a gem. The facilities are spacious and clean. High ceilings and much closet space for luggage. Really enjoying my stay and I will be back whenever I am in Kimberley. The host graciously provided laundry facilities at my request and also the use of his kitchen to cook-So grateful for that.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Mr Frank and his family took great care of my partner and I. The vontage decor make the place extra homey. It wad exactly what we were looking for and couldn't ask for anymore. We are definitely coming back.

The place was very clean, quiet and so refreshing. The host were so considerate and very nice definitely worth the money I'd go back again. They were even worried that I have something to eat or not since I arrived late. Just wonderful

The room is really clean and well equipped. Around, there is a lovely garden. And the house is old and beautiful, full of history. If you want to sleep in the same house of some of the diamond magnates, this is the good place :) Last but not least, the father and the son who manage the place are lovely. They took me by car to do some shopping, drove me to big hole, the museum and even the areas around to show me some of the other mines. A stay I will definitely remember.

This was the Leicester House in Kimberley, where we stayed last night — and what a lovely surprise it turned out to be! 🌟 The place itself is full of character, history, and charm, with beautiful antiques and a warm, homely feel. Frank and his son were incredibly welcoming — friendly, down-to-earth, and always ready to help. I honestly didn’t expect to be this impressed — the experience far exceeded the price. In fact, I think they’re undercharging for what they offer, but it’s clearly a passion project in progress. If you want real value for money, genuine hospitality, and the kind of stay that feels like visiting old friends, you have to check out Leicester House.
