“VERY OUTDATED ROUGH LOOKING AND FEELING ROOMS, STAFF WERE LOVELY - DID THEIR BEST WITH WHAT THEY HAD”
The staff were lovely and certainly tried their best. The breakfast was lovely as well. When we walked in the entry and common areas were great, clean and modern.

“Western Lodge exceeded our expectations.”
The breakfast was more and better than we expected. The hotel went out of their want to please us. Also, we hd dinner at the motel. I had the best hamburger I'ver ever had. Only problem was that it was so good I ate too much and it was later than we usually eat.

“What I expected”
The staff were all really lovely. Breakfast was good although the sausages looked uncooked (didn't try one). The room was clean and it was nice and quiet, although I was above the brewhouse on a night when they were closed and I bet it would have been louder if it was open. The friendly staff was the favourite thing about the place.

Modern, clean hotel and room. Easy drive to the airport and ski hill. Spacious room. Free breakfast, was ok, some fruit, yogurt, coffee, cereals, toast etc.

“lousy, 1 star at best, no facilities nearby. waste of money”
there restaurant bar was not open, the place was under renos, very old and rundown, clean though. no staff anywhere. had to leave early due to family issue. no reply to message, left phone message and called back but no refund for 2nd day.
