This is an out of the normal tourist way. And it's well worth it. The environs are amazing. The nature. The girl that waited for us was super friendly, very nice. This is important for me. The breakfast is just to die for. Homemade bread! And bakeries! We ate everything! They even called us the day we were arriving to see if we wanted dinner so as to keep the kitchen open for us This was on our was back from Stockholm, on the way to we went to a normal hotel in Karlstad. If I ever do this route again, I will stay here both ways.

Beautiful and romantic place. Some kind of manor, not sure about the history, but cosy place. Amazing breakfast and staff! Thank you! Recommend to people who like interesting places and romantic!

“Great hospitality in the charming countryside”
We were warmly greated by Stephanie on arrival. There was coffee and some sweets ready when we arrived in the afternoon after our long drive from Denmark. We had booked a night on our way to Sälen for skiing. We were very pleased with the stay. Very charming rooms with super comfortable bed which were nice and clean. Delicious dinner and breakfast - basic but very good. We would definitely book again!
