The location and space was great.

Clean place, heating turned on for us even it was late of May, easy communication with host. we were late, host was very understanding and cooperative

“Spacious, tidy and clean, ideal location close to city center”

A spacious, warm house with three bedrooms, comfortable for 6 guests. 2 separate bedrooms, 1 walk-through. 2 toilets. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Everything is convenient, all appliances work. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a stove, kettle, toaster and microwave. The house is suitable for both a short visit and a long stay. The owner is very responsive and hospitable, quickly responded to all our questions. There is a supermarket right across the road. 7-8 minutes walk from the main street. We are really happy to come to Kikinda for weekend. We were watching owls, visited city museum with mamoth, terracota museum and dry mill. And we had time to go to amazing wellness center Adica with thermal springs in town Ada (30 min drive from Kikinda). I recommend Kikinda and this house specifically. And we ourselves will be happy to return.

“Great Hosts with A+ place to stay...and a short walk to the famous winter owls”

I came here to Kikinda to have a look at the Long-eared Owls that the town is famous for (Nov to Feb)- best time to visit in any year is early January. By late January the owls are heading north to breed. This house was wonderful for my stay - mainly because the hosts made me feel part of their family, and as an American, I got to experience Serbian culture. (The mom is a professor of food technology and works with handicapped kids teaching them to cook; and the dad runs a software company - so this family is high end). I learned so much - and hopefully they learned something of America/Americans too. Anyway, the house I rented is spacious with ample heat - I was never cold. The kitchen was fine for my needs: gas and electric stove; large refrigerator; large dining area. I would say this residence could handle a family of five easily; or three adults (as there are effectively three bedrooms). The town square with the owls is about a ten-twelve minute walk easy to navigate. There is a small shop across the street to purchase water (you'll need it - see below), and about a ten minute drive are a few large supermarket type places. I'd stay here again just to experience Serbian culture from a warm, welcoming family - that experience is priceless...and hot water, internet, heat - all the basics you need for a good stay are 100% fine. As a bonus if you have a car there is a national park nearby, and the family knows local contacts who can take you on the back roads in the area to find cranes, diurnal raptors etc.

“A true oasis in Kikinda.”

Great location, close to the center, and with a corner store just across the street. The property is an entire house, with all the facilities you may need for just a few days, or for a longer stay. Terrace on the second floor, connected to the master bedroom, and a terrace on the back of the house, connected to the kitchen. Great hosts, that greeted us and could answer everything we needed to know. I highly recommend the place, and will be back soon.

Very comfortable and clean house. The house owners were very kind and hospitable. The house is very close to the city center. When i come again in Kikinda I will use the same apartment.

Cannot find a single thing that was not great here. Location: Walking distance to the city center. Close to the city pool. Close to the one (out of the 2 best) local food restaurants. Groceries shop across the street. Close to the local market. Located in a calm area. Apartment: The apartment (house) is very big, spacey, clean, and stylish. 2 floors. Great 2 balconies and a beautiful yard. Cute little fluffy dog in the yard :) Value for the money: I dare to say that it has the best value for money in the whole town. Hosts: Out of this earth pleasant and hospitable. Thank you for everything, we are looking forward to our next stay in Kikinda :)

Loved everything about the property. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. A beautiful home close to the centre. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely come back.
