The bed is too short and narrow. There are two couches to compensate though.

“Convenient stay in quiet area.”
-The property is close to a park and few blocks away from the center. -Free parking in internal garage and also in the street. -The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. -There was a fridge available. -Friendly host.

“the apartment was cold and the WC was not possible to use easily.”
first, when I arrived she told me, she had canceled my booking without informing booking.com. but after a few hours, she informed me that it was possible but check-in is 18:00 PM.

Good communication, nice host, clean and good equipped apartment (incl. 1 bottle water for drink as the pipeline water is not for human consumption).
