The property wasn’t available on the day of check in, we were given a different apartment. We were then moved into the property the following day and the apartment wasn’t ready with the previous occupants still having their belongings in the apartment. The host wasn’t on site, referring us to someone else who we had to coerce to serve us dutifully.
