This one bedroom apartment was super clean, nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed offering a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was superb: friendly, helpful and always available should any need arise. The restaurant delivered a top-notch meal in a pleasant outdoor setting with a wonderful view of the city and beyond.The airport shuttle arranged through The Maya worked well and the driver was courteous and navigated the heavy traffic with experienced finesse. Definitely would return in the future and highly recommend the Maya.

“Beautiful, comfortable accommodation, super clean and incredibly helpful friendly staff”
The place is exceptionally clean and just beautiful, from the garden to the building itself. The room is super spacious, basically a one bedroom flat with kitchen, lounge, etc. Everything smelled nice and you even receive a gown and slippers to use, along with water bottles daily and choccies. Staff here and in Kigali more generally are so friendly and helpful. The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us with transport into town and also by keeping our bags after check out. We could even freshen up in a room before our flight.

“I’ve stayed at most of the branded hotels in Kigali; nothing tops this from a comfort perspective.”
The building and apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything. Your Suitcase is literally all you need. Most importantly they didn’t stress one on arrival to pay for the booking, their only focus was to get you checked in and settled as quickly as possible. Proximity to everything was also great.

I loved everything about this property, location, staff, cleanliness, value for money, aesthetics, the food. I absolutely recommend if you're going to be in Kigali. You can also buy your own grocery and cook or do your laundry in the apartments, so I went home with clean clothes which I was happy about😊
