I recently had the pleasure of staying at Igitego Aparthotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that continued throughout my entire stay. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and spacious with all the amenities I needed to make my stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location of Igitego Aparthotel was also great, just a short walk away from local restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and things to do during my stay. What stood out most to me was the attention to detail that the staff put into making my stay enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with any queries I had, and were very accommodating when it came to any special requests I had. Overall, I highly recommend Igitego Aparthotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Kigali. The exceptional service and attention to detail made my stay truly unforgettable.

Igitego apart hotel was nailed it for me starting on how they received me from airport, in a comfy hotel Van, treatment at the property was the best , there professional and friendly staff willing to help in any issues I could get even personal one not forgetting the best city tour I got on the last day of my stay ❣️ I would highly recommend this because for me I will always come back

The breakfast was great, staff were super helpful for my requests. very polite and eager to help whenever needed. i was allowed to check in early at no extra cost which was helpful. The area is residential, very quiet and view at the balcony is really nice. i really enjoyed staying at this place :)

Igitego Aparthotel exceeded my expectations. Considering the quality of services and facilities, the hotel is underpriced. Wifi is super-fast. If you are a tourist, Theopiste is the man to look out for as he will provide you with all the tips you need for a great stay in Kigali. Shout out to the most awesome hotel crew ever - Theopiste, Eric, Emmy, Ella, Clemence, Bruno Bugingo, Michaella and the owner, Deodarth.

They are very welcoming and ready to help, always smiling too, I remember one of the days that I didn't eat breakfast because I don't understand what I picked 😅 They had to make something else for just me! Always asking where I wanna go and help me navigate
